Fresh Suppliers

The ingredients we select to create our Fresh products are fundamental to the quality of the food we serve, and we are lucky to have access to excellent local suppliers. We hope the farms and bakeries we have chosen to work with reflect our desire to support fine local businesses and provide quality products that we can serve with pride.

We have recently changed two of our suppliers, we are now using Farmcrest Chicken, and Fraser Valley Pork. Both excellent products, and our chefs could not be happier about it!

Pemberton Meadows Natural Beef

Pemberton Meadows Natural Beef proudly raises their cattle on feeds that are byproduct free, and contain no additives or rendered ingredients. The hay and grains are grown right on the farm in Pemberton, or on a local neighbour's farm. The cattle have free access to open pasture and shelter, which means they are healthier, do not require any antibiotics, and are hormone and steroid free

Farm-Crest Chicken

A hatchery, a feed mill, grow barns and a processing plant. In addition they market and distribute their own product. Farmcrest ensures the poultry is fed with healthy grain, and seeding is well underway for the 300 acres of wheat grown on the farm.

Fraser Valley Pork

Fraser Valley pork has been farmed and processed in the Chilliwack area for as many as 70 years. The growing interest in local eating, ethical farming practices, and hormone free meat provide reason for the increased demand in this quality pork product.

Rossdown Farms Turkey Breast

Our Turkey are grown as free run. We don't use cages or small pens nor are they confined only to small coops.  Our flocks are all raised in safe, comfortable barns with extra space to roam freely and be better protected from disease and other external threats such as migratory birds or predators.

Yarrow Meadows Farm Muscovy Duck

Free Range - Local - Yarrow Meadows Farm Muscovy Duck. Muscovies are the only domestic ducks that are not derived from Mallard stock.

Artisan Bake Shoppe

This local bakery, located near Lonsdale Quay in North Vancouver, provides delicious baked goods made with certified organic flours only, and all natural ingredients. We use fresh Artisan breads for all of our sandwiches.
