Our free delivery promotion which was live for six (6) months has now expired.

Our current offer is free delivery for all orders (before tax total) of $225.00 or more.

Delivery Times

Monday to Saturday - 1 Hour Window anytime between:

• 7:30 - 5:00pm*

*Please contact us for special delivery times.

Order desk is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm - Monday to Saturday. Orders must be placed before 3:00pm for next day deliveries.

Last Minute Orders

All orders must be made before 3:00pm for next day deliveries. Deliveries for Monday must be placed by 3:00pm on Friday.

• Last Minute Orders: Placed after 3:01pm for next day delivery will be billed a $20.00 rush fees. (You must call these orders in).

Cancellation Policy

All orders must be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice - or they will be invoiced in full. For Monday deliveries - orders must be cancelled before 3:00pm on the previous Friday - or the event will be invoiced in full. If any menu items do require 48 hours to book, we also require 48 hours to cancel these items.

These cancellation terms apply solely to DROP OFF items with 'Fresh by SavouryChef', but exclude special events or weddings which must refer to ther event contracts for the cancellation policy.

Fees and Charges

• Setup For Buffets: Billed at $15.00 per 30min increment.
• Same Day Pickup: Billed at $15.00 extra.
• Last Minute Orders: Placed after 3:01pm for next day delivery will be billed a $20.00 rush fees. (You must call these orders in).
• Minimum Order Quantities: Any orders under $50.00 that require delivery will be charged a $10.00 low order fee.
